In 2018, the global almond milk industry was valued at USD 5.2 billion, and research shows that that number will crease by 14.3% by 2025.
This sudden emergence of conscious consumers looking for natural alternatives for milk has drastically boosted this multi-million industry in a billion one. Over the past decade, more people have started to believe that animal-based milk can be detrimental to health, so they look for healthier options that also taste good.
Since these companies patronizing almond milk cannot compete with the taste of regular milk, the key marketing strategy is health-oriented. This approach has helped almond milk to usher in the non-dairy milk industry of foods. Almond milk is a healthy alternative to sugar-rich soft drinks and for those who are lactose intolerant.
The easiest way to invest in this industry is to buy almonds with your local organic dispenser. And the best to enjoy your investment is to try it yourself.

What is Almond Milk?
Almond milk is lactose-free and dairy-free. It is crafted by soaking ground almonds in water overnight. It can include other ingredients depending on your taste, but the base ingredient is soaked almonds.
The process of obtaining almond milk is very different from getting milk. In fact, almond milk and regular milk are two polar opposites because regular milk comes from mammals, and almond milk comes from plants.
The manufacturing process is pretty simple. All you need is water, almonds, and a cheesecloth.
Almonds are left soaking overnight, and the next day the water will be a white-ish pearl color, which means the process was successful. The water is then strained to remove any pulp or particles that you do not wish to ingest.
We at Land Income make sure that all the products we invest in come from reliable sources so everyone can get the health benefits they deserve.
Taste
A big mistake people make before drinking almond milk is that they think it will taste a lot like almonds, and this is not the case. Almond milk has its own unique sweet flavor, and it is not bad at all.
Almond milk does not contain as much fat as regular dairy milk, so the texture will be pretty watery.
In case you don't like the original taste, you can always spice things up with new flavors. Some supermarkets have almond milk with flavors like honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate.
